1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you use The Outdoor Exp at theoutdoorexp.com, including every game on it (together, the "Service"). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Outdoor Exp. Using the Service means you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, please don't use it.

2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older and a resident of the United Kingdom.
- You may not use the Service where that would break any law that applies to you.
- We can ask you to confirm your age or location, and we can suspend or close accounts that don't meet these requirements.
3. A free service
Our 27 games are hosted on this website and displayed within our game pages. Every game can be played as a guest. Coins, daily top-ups, levels and your recently played list need a free account.
4. Your account
- Each person may hold one account. Keep your details accurate and current.
- Join with email and a password, or with Google. Keep your password private and don't let anyone else use your account.
- If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, tell us straight away through the contact page.
- From your basecamp you can sign out, change your password or delete your account at any time.
5. Coins and levels
- Coins and levels are virtual features for entertainment. They have no monetary value and can't be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or services.
- Credits shown inside a game are separate from your account coins and also have no value.
- We may change how coins, top-ups and levels work, and correct any balance that's wrong because of an error.
- Your coins and level end when your account is closed.
6. Fair play
You must not:
- use bots, scripts or other automation to play, collect coins or open accounts;
- attempt to access other accounts, our servers or any private part of the Service;
- interfere with, overload or test the security of the Service;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games or content;
- send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages through our forms.
7. Intellectual property
The games, artwork, text, logos and software on the Service belong to The Outdoor Exp or its licensors. You may use them only to play on this website, for personal and non-commercial enjoyment.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service running smoothly but can't guarantee it will always be available or free from errors. We may add, change, pause or remove games and features, and carry out maintenance at any time.
9. Breaks and closure
You can ask Player Care, or use the contact page, to pause, limit or close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if we suspect misuse, or if we believe continued play isn't in your best interests.
10. Liability
The Service is free and provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for lost data, coins or levels. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and we'll highlight important changes on the site. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction; residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts.
